The Ransom Penthouse Residence was envisioned as a forever home, blending serenity, artistry, and warmth into an immersive and sophisticated living experience. The design focused on creating an environment that maintains a sense of comfort and elegance, whether hosting guests or enjoying quiet solitude.

A key aspect of the design was fluidity between spaces, achieved through a harmonizing palette of natural materials, including warm woods, quarried stone, and soft textures. Understated tones were balanced with dramatic sightlines, leading towards curated works of art that enhance each room’s character. Custom finishes and high-quality materials ensured that each space carried its distinct mood and identity.

With INARC, I was subcontracted to contribute to the design concept, 3D visualizations, documentation, and material selections, ensuring the seamless execution of this high-end residential project.
